Step 1: Download the Relipay App
The first step to registering for the Relipay AEPS service is to download the Relipay app. The app is available for download on the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Create an Account
Once you have downloaded the app, the next step is to create an account. To create an account, you will need to Send your PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Mobile Number to our WhatsApp Number. Our Agent will be guide you though the entire registration process.
Step 3: Complete Video KYC
While creating an account, you will also need to provide Video KYC.

After completing the registration process, Verification team will verify your documents within one hour . If the detail and KYC documents are correct, Retailer ID and Password will be sent to your registred mobile number. and and if there is any issue with documents, then you will need to submit correct documents again.
Step 4: Biometric KYC
Once you have got Retailer ID and Password, the next step is to login into Relipay App and complete Biometric KYC. In this process Biometric Authentication of retailer is required.
Step 5: Start Using the AEPS Service
Once you have completed all the above steps, you are now ready to start using the AEPS service. To make a cash withdrawal or deposit, select the AEPS option from the main menu in the Relipay app. Enter Customer’s Aadhaar number and the amount that customer want to withdraw. You will then be prompted to authenticate your customer by using fingerprint scanner device.
